The Lemurian armour and weapons from Rifts World Book 32 Lemuria and the "Gifts from the Lemurians" on pg. 77 of The Rifts Vampire sourcebook, all illustrated by the excellent Chuck Walton would fit well into the Splicers Universe. Would you allow them?

I did find it interesting that Chuck said he tried to give the Lemurian Biotech a unique look different from Splicers.

The lemurian stuff would be all pretty reasonable especially the warmounts. Most of the bio armor is basically just premade non modable host armor. So its not over powering or even that different and I have had some people use ideas there to make their host armor look like the stuff from lemuria.
