Are there G.M. kits available for Heroes Unlimited, Nightbane, or Chaos Earth?

If you check our 'Booklet' post you will find the Heros character booklet we use.
Also there are several online comic book page generators online. We use them as a sort of 'extra credit' for our players during campaigns. In the past I have used such to create a 'easy rules' sheet for players.

No there are no official GM kits available as of yet for those games. They have only done them for Rifts and Fantasy thus far.
