So I'm writing an AtB setting that I'll try to submit to the Rifter. But I don't know if Palladium would like it since it is an alternate world setting much like what Chaos Earth was going to be. In this case for AtB. So I just want to run the idea by you guys and help decide if I should submit it or just put it all on this thread.

I would suggest, submit it. Personally I like crossover adventures and ideas. If you like it, someone else will as well. For me, I like the Mutant Animals in Zombie Appocoypse idea.
Good luck on your submission.

still writing backstory for it. Stats are another thing though as there are some fundamental changes like the U.S army still being around (though what's left of them) and new mutant breeds that are completely alien (basically no animal DNA, pure engineered from scratch genetics). And new O.C.Cs for the game.

Kevin wrote me this several years ago:
...I have been wondering if fans have forgotten that the main purpose of The Rifter® is to be a place where FANS can submit adventures, villains, monsters, short stories and source material, and see it (and their name) in print, and be able to share their ideas with other gamers and get published! That's the whole idea behind The Rifter!!!!

My advice would be not to think of AtB as solely as a setting or world book, but also as a general guide book for any anthropomorphic/furry setting you can come up with.

So basically run with it and see what happens then?
