Store that I play at Can't get Palladium Books

The store that I play at cannot get Palladium Books. Anyone know how I can address this issue? I was gonna try to be an Ambassador at this store only to find this out today.

They can't, or they won't? If they can't then they should be able to tell you why.

He said that His Distributor doesn't carry Palladium Books.

I am pretty sure that whenever something like this has come up before, we've been told to send a
PM to AlexM with the store contact information so he can contact them and work with them. Worth a shot.

Thanks for the heads up, the local store i game at are saying the same thing, they can't get any Palladium products......

Retailers can also contact Palladium directly at 734-721-2900. As for Alex. He can give guidance on which distributor to use.

Diamond Distributors and Alliance were two of the big dawgs out there at one point in time. I know Kevin still speaks of Diamond every now and then.

Noone has contacted the store according to the store owner.. please get in touch with him so I can get palladium games thru him and be a megaversal ambassador there.

It sounds like the store owner doesn't really care to try and carry Palladium... the number to call Palladium and work this out was provided earlier.

Actually, this is on Palladium- a staffer said he called the store and took care of it. I will fix it.

FWIW, this guy;s store is no really an isolated incident. I had to go to ordering direct from Palladium (though I'll likely be going through nobleknightgames now) to get my books since my local shop, after me ordering several times, is STILL convinced they aren't really in business anymore....

Mon - Thu: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Fri - Sat: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
Sun: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

I talked to Palladium today about this again. They promised to follow up before GenCon.
As volunteers, there are unfortunately some things we are not allowed to take care of ourselves from a liability standpoint. This is one. I have not forgotten and will call to make sure it is handled Tuesday.

I'm looking forward to being a Megaversal ambassador at this store. But I cant until they can get the games.

Trust me. I very much know your pain. I was an MA myself. I have up the ghost last year. I still if palladium related things just not locally right now. Mostly online.

Sorry, I didnt realize this was still an issue with this particular store. That and having to deal with problems elsewhere on these forum..
Anyway, though I know zyan is a good guy and one of my fellow Coordinators, I sent all of Palladium Staff each a direct email to their individual emails to remind them of this situation.
