Sounds good. Although I think Rattlesnake Jake may be trademarked as a character from the Rango movie.

I'll Think it will be ok as long as i don't make a rattle snake with a chain gun ....but i might change him to a gilla monster ...he is supposed to be the wondering swordsman / ancient master of the area ...

as a bonus I completely for got about the worm fields ....I got the idea from mutants down under ..'giant rad worms the size of jumbo jets that the town hunts for food. It allows the towns carnivore and insectavores a food source out in the middle of nowhere

only other thing (and this is just me personally). Ever since seeing Motel Hell I've been terribly afraid of pig people.

What do you think of making the town partly radioactive...and that the pigs immune to it are living on it?

There aren't many better ways to protect your home than that :x

Depends, you have to make sure everyone KNOWS how dangerously radioactive it is, otherwise raiders can still sweep in, kill everyone, and be days or weeks later before they die of radiation poisoning. That and what if the attackers are also radiation immune pigs? ;-)

What is he wondering about? You mean 'wandering swordsman,' right?

I like the setting and characters. It would be a fun place to have an 'old west' adventure for my group. Can you give a short list of HL&S?
