Has anyone used the
Dead Realms Dead Reign's character's history tables in your game?

I could see it.
I have both books/series and I really think Sys Fail was a great idea. Could be a great idea for a TV series, even better than Falling Skies (I like it, but seems to borrow from other doom like series like Jericho).
Obviously PB took the Y2K thing as an opportunity (who would blame them) to exploit. But it could still play out now. Rather then Y2K, put an emphasis on our additiction to technology and electronic media, maybe thow in a sun flare as a means of attack and presto! The technology we have become so dependent on, is now our enemy as alien bugs come to dominate us.
