Reading something and forgetting where it came from

I recently remember reading something about Seedling's and its growth rate and for the life of me can't remember where i it was from. It touched on Seedling's growth rate and some other info, I think. Can someone help me or did I dream about reading this information. LOL

It's possible you're talking about Gardeners. They're described in Rifter 50, and the growth rate of their saplings is on page 66. Additional plants are found in Rifter 67 and in this forum.

Next question is: What is and Where are Booster Pack's located. They are brought up in I am Legion and I have no idea what they are and no Idea what book they are in.
