Will we be getting a Savage Rifts section here on the Forums? I would love it if we had an area here where we can discuss the new version of the game. I think it would be really helpful for us Palladium fans.

It would be nice, and would help hype/promote the game.

I would like to request this as well. Is that how this works? We just come here and ask for something like this and eventually a mod acknowledges the request exists?

It seems there's some movement in the background, though it may not necessarily lead to a specific forum: http://palladium-megaverse.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=2925390#p2925390

A post about the upcoming Rifts board game was made yesterday and less than 24 hours later, there's a new Forum section for it. What is the answer on a Savage Rifts one?

Which is great...except there still hasn't been a clarification as to how that's impacted by the Forum Rule on Conversions:
Quote:
6. Conversions
Posting the conversion (adaptation) of non-Palladium intellectual property to the Palladium Books game system will not be tolerated. Sorry. And in the same way,
Palladium property may not be converted to other game systems. For a longer explanation of this policy, read on.

In the description of the sub-forum.

sub-forum description wrote:
Please keep conversions to items, people, etc found in the various Rifts books and/or Savage Rifts books.
