Way back in the mid to late 90s, I collaborated on a project with Barry Beldam. We've since lost contact, and we never fully fleshed it out, but we intended to publish it as a netbook. I even found an artist that let us use a good deal of her artwork.
The Team - Barry Beldam, myself Eric Graves, and artist Ursula Vernon
What is Metroplex? It's a set of rules, themed after a cyberpunk setting, that can stand alone, or be integrated into a modern Palladium setting, such as Rifts, Heroes/Aliens Unlimited, Robotech, or even Beyond the Supernatural.
Because it could be misconstrued as a "conversion", I will not post any of it here. I have consolidated all the viable material into a single PDF, and will gladly share it, if desired. Message me here, or email me at egraves1970@gmail.com and I will reply back with the file. This stuff has been sitting idle for more than 20 years. It was meant to be shared with the community at large. It's kind of rough in spots, we never fully fleshed it out. And a lot of the OCCs can be swapped out with existing material found in so many published books, feel free to do so.

I think I remember seeing this online back in the day, if you'd ever posted it online. Pretty intriguing.

Than the Sage among his Books,
For all the Empires and Kingdoms,
The Armies and Works that you hold Dear,
Are to him but the Playthings of the Moment,
To be turned over with the Flick of a Finger,
And the Turning of a Page"

I had it up on Geocities. Yeah, it's been a long time.

Brings back memories. Once I get back regular e-mail access, I'll have to request a copy(I might have a hardcopy somewhere in my archives, but that would lack the attendant artwork).
