Another Alien Race...Is abit long I know, but please forgive any eventual typping error i've missed and gimme opinions and comments.
With Honor and Respect the Baron of Chaos

The Technos RCC

The Technos are a weird anomaly in Milky way societies. They are a race of humanoid machines that apparently just wander the universe with no aim. Their encounter with other sentient life forms are always puzzling for the latest. These machines always questions SLF(Sentient Life Forms) about the most odd question like “ARE.YOU.HAPPY.?” or “DEFINE.YOUR.FEELINGS.IN.THIS.MOMENT.PLEASE” or again “WHAT.YOUR.RACE.CONSIDER.GOOD” . This led many to think them quite weird race. But there is also a dark side. There are reports of race that strongly disappointed the Technos, for some reasons. And ended up being vanquished, erased, terminated, extinguished. Because , frightening as it could be, the Technos seem to possess a military and technological level comparable to that of greatest galactic Empires like Atorians. An example of this is the fact that their mother planet, TK1, is a planet-sized ship 40000miles in diameter, powered by the energy of an artificial Black hole that move slowly in the space at speed of 100mph (considered the size is pretty fast!). Now the Technos act in that weird , almost incomprehensible way , not because they are the crazy murderous killer machines they are depicted by space legends. The fact is that , eons ago, they were build for one purpose by their creators, but suddenly their creators disappeared before completing the programming. The Technos completed their program alone, but still they were unable to see their final purpose. It was obvious that they were built for war, but Against who? And again what happened to the creators? Perhaps the mysterious enemy eventually won? Perhaps now the reason of existence of Technos race is to avenge their creators? This questions angst ALL member of Technos race, that often wander the space in search for information and answers. In their long journey, they realized that most other life forms are, well, flawed somehow; they live in complete chaos and disorder. At best they need just to be guided in right direction, at worst they had to be considered like an infection to be healed. This in addition to the inconclusive result in their quest for their creators, is leading the Technos to take a more direct role in Milky way. Because SLF need to be helped.
As the Technos mother frame like to say “..Is our responsibility help them against the evil and senseless force of chaos. We will bring them peace and order , as it is right to be..”.

Technos RCC(alien Robots from Toxic atmosphere, not always humanoid)

Alignment: They see themselves as principled or scrupulous but they are perceived as aberrant
Attributes
IQ: 12+1d6 ME: 12+1d6 MA: 12+1d6 for AI and Espionage Models, all others have 2d4
HP (actually the case holding consciousness): 30
Physical attributes vary from model to model

Natural abilities :common to all Technos, regardless of model:
Immune to Psionic powers, never tires, need only 3 hours of rest each 68 hours, Automatically know computer operation at 98%, possess the equivalent of Basic Listening system, Basic Robot Optic system and Night sight.

Average Lifespan: Nuclear power system 240 years lifespan
Race: Humanoid(not always) Robot
Special Weapon: They have access to almost any High tech weapon, Favored are High Variability Laser. Technos weapons tend to be bigger, and more powerful than average (+50% Range and damage, triple payload)
Special Vehicle: Any, some Technos actually ARE their vehicle
Preferred Armour: They does not need ones

Disposition: ALL Technos are workaholic , they live to accomplish the task they are built for! In fact they had a sub-routine in their mental scheme that make them fell positive feelings(happiness?) when they do their work right and negative feelings(sadness?) when they don’t accomplish the work good. They are also maniacal obsessed with order . Anyone that does not fall into these general disposition is considered malfunctioning and should be repaired before it cause problems . Now what exactly they mean with “repair” is matter of speculation

Models
All the Technos could be considered experiment. Except that they are mass produced .

Model JNT-100010 nicknamed “the Eraser” by SLF
Experiment Side effect: Increase mass and density – the JNT humanoid body is made from monomolecular assembled super dense material , similar to kisentite.
Height: 10 ft tall and very broad
Weight: 500lb
Powers: Invulnerability, SN PS, SEE: Energy or Natural Combat Ability or Energy Weapon Extension
Attributes: PS:6d6+34, PE: none, PP: 12+1d6, PB: 6, Spd.: 12+1d6
SDC :200+1d4x10 Reinforced Consciousness Case :+3d6x10 to HP
Built to be the definitive shock-troopers the Erasers while not involved in direct battles pass their time studying strategy and analysing any fight or battle they could.

Model TFM-111101 nickname “Modulators“
Experiment side effect: Special diet: minerals or worked metals of an AR equal their own .Note: metals with AR superior can be consumed but took more time to “digest” them, generally it took on hour of “eating” for each AR point over 14
Height: 7 to 8 ft
Weight: 180 to 240 lb
Powers:
Alter Limbs or Weapon melding , one EE of choice, Healing Factor or Solar powered, Multiple Limbs: Hand and arms or Anatomical Independence(this actually grant then interchangeable options)
Attributes: PS: 12+1d6 PE :none PP :12+1d6 PB :6, Spd.20+1d6
SDC: 85 AR 14 Reinforced Consciousness case :+2d6+6 to HP
The most common built Technos and the first one to come in mind when on think aobut this race of mechanical beings. This particular model is build from nanomachines that constantly modulate themselves basing upon external inputs. This allow the Modulators to adapt to a vast array of tasks, from mining to exploration to assembling machines or fighting in battlefield

Model TOT-10000010 nickname “Mirror-boys”
The name derive from the fact that they look made of liquid glass
Experiment side effect
Need energy for nourishment: Due the fact they do not mount an internal power system the need to consume energy from an external source.
Height: vary but the base is 6ft
Weight: Vary but generally is between 80 and 280 lb
Powers: Shapechanger, APS Sand(actually silicium), Body weapons
Attributes: PS: 12+1d6 PE: none PP: 18 PB :vary Spd. :30+2d6 HF: vary
SDC :250 AR: 14(disguised and hidden trough Shapechange)
The purpose of this models is obvious, infiltrate behind enemy line, sabotage, homicide and information gathering. And they accomplish this task very good. As spies they were slowly replaced by the “Vermin” model because the mirror-boys were not as good as moles, due the fact they were easy to spot on long term operation.

Model APT-10000011100 nickname “The furies”Experiment side effect: Odd skin texture, feel and look like white wax- Unusual for an android the furies are made mostly formed of Synth-organic substance
Height: 7ft
Weight: 185lb
Powers: Mimic, Natural Combat ability, Living Anatomy
Attributes: PS: 3d6 PE: none PP: 2d6+6 PB :8(look slightly more organic than other Technos) Spd. :1d4x10
SDC: 30 AR: 7
The history of this particular model is very strange. Originally they were projected to act as diplomat when dealing with organic SLF. Test showed that most organics seemed to react in amore positive way to being similar to them. Rather than build an android for each race they could meet, the Technos AI developed an android made of Molecular Variable Synthetic Flesh and an advanced Analytical CPU that would allow the android to Adapt to organic diplomats. But during a field test in a meeting with the Atorians diplomats, event took an unexpected turn. A xenopus terrorist suicide squad jumped on the scen ready to turn the meeting into a bloodbath. Something snapped inot the Technos diplomat. Before anyone could do anything it jumped onto the Xenopus leader. In matter of minutes all the terrorist laid on floor dying.
Apparently their CPU never stop to analyse situation and react according to them; included combat situations. This lead to a change in applications of this particular Technos.

Model PPT 00000001111111 nickname “Vermin”
Experiment side effect: Chemical resistance(actually this apply only to host, not to the Technos itself)
Length: one inch
Weight: ½ lb
Powers: Transferal/Possession(special touch only, this technological parasite had to actually enter into the body of a victim to override neural control) while inside the host it does have the equivalent of the following power: Alter Metabolism(due a better control of host chemistry, also see the above side effect), Mind block(while inside the host the Technos work much like a psionic electro-magnetic damper), Alter aura(alter the alpha and electrical emission of the body to hide its presence); Prow:80% Climb:95%, Speed Tasking (but they tend to use these abilities only when strictly necessary or when unseen) in theory due their control on host biological function they could manifest also chemical secretion but any such attempt generally result with the death of the host.
Attributes when outside host: PS: 5 PE: none PP: 18 PB:3 Spd.:20, inside the host use its physical attribute
SDC:6 AR:7
This is the smallest Technos in existence, the vermin look like a mechanical insect, crawling on six thin wiry legs. But don’t be fooled. This little guys are perhaps the most frightening and insidious of all Technos. They were built for espionage, exploration and undercover mission in mind. They hide in shadow until the target host is close, then they attack, jumping on it and crawling into any orifice, reaching for the central nervous system(decentralized neural system get a +4 to save against them). Once there they override the consciousness, and take control of the body. They often act as moles and live for years amongst their host people, gathering informations, spying and studying the surrounding, paying attentions to never uncover their true nature. Other race DO NOT know about the existence of this particular Technos, it’s existence is a secret


Model RVO 0101010100000 nickname “Glueballs” or “GumSlugs”Experiment side effect: Weird amorphous structures, resembling a shapeless LCD bubble, Mute they cannot emit sound apart from some bloop or bleep noise. But they can show what they think on the surface of their “skin”
Powers: Stretching(Generally a pear or bouncing sphere, but pseudo-limbs could be morphed), Super bounce(that’s how they move), Antennae( retractable), Adhesion(apply to ALL its body, front, back, top, bottom etc. etc. that means that they are sort of living carpets of adhesion if they want to be)
Size: A sphere of roughly 5ft +2d6 inches of diameter, but shape is not stable
Weight: 200lb
Attributes: PS: 12+1d6 PE: none PP: 12+1d6 PB :vary Spd. : 10 rolling(but often 20 or 30 when bouncing around) HF: 10
SDC :50+2d4x10 AR: none
This is a far cousin of the “mirror-boy” model, it is too based upon nano technology, but with a different purpose. Here the main target of AI was to create a reliable NON-LETHAL unit. The final result was the RVO 0101010100000 . The appearance was all but intimidating: A sphere as base, but that could morph in a pear like shape or even a rough humanoid shape, with an LCD skin that transmit images of various type, generally mathematical algorithms , representing the thoughts of the Technos. Despite their lack of language and their weird outlook the Glueballs are the Technos model better accepted amongst the SLF because, well, they look funny.

Model BHS 1000111100001 nickname: Traveler
Experiment side effect: Must transform into a vehicular for to use powers, this vehicular form is always streamlined and allow two other technos to ride on
Size: 7ft humanoid shape, 12ft long sleek vehicular
Weight: 220lb
Powers: Sonic Flight or Mega Wings, Superluminal Flight, Tractor beam(used to lock on larger space ship or)
Attributes: PS: 12+1d6 PE: none PP: 12+1d6 PB :10(they have a streamlined outlook even in their humanoid shape) Spd. 30(but only when walking) HF: 10
SDC :40+1d4x10 AR: 14
Designed to be explorer and traveller, these Technos are the ones that more often wander the infinite emptiness of space…exploring…searching…new world and strange new life forms. They are also the ones that better understand that some behaviour of Life forms not necessary is symptom of a chaotical nature

Model Mini 00000000000011 nickname: Min-mod
Experiment side effect: Chemical resistance (they are built to operate in uneasy environment, included acid pools, radioactive chambers, offensive nano-machines or facing an electromagnetic storm…all of those factors are considered hazardous toxins in this sense)
Size: 4 ft
Weight: 50lb
Powers: Power touch(A combination of tools and nano-machines for the power touch point purpose consider all of them having a PE of 20) or Supernatural Bite(ultra dense multiple drills, in 12 series of six), Conduct Electricity(highly conductive nature, help then in electronic reparings), Adhesion(Electromagnetic locking system), Heightened sense of touch( actually a super advanced series of feelers placed al around their oval, flat body)
Attributes: PS: 12+1d6 PE: none PP: 16 PB : 5 (bug like structure), Spd. 20 HF:10
SDC: 40 AR: 12
These are the little brothers of the bigger modulators, these little bug like robots accomplish a lot of task, from cleaning, to mining, to maintenance and repair. On the huge Technos spaceship they accomplish more or less the role of self-repairing units, fixing 200 SDC per minute! They also work as field “medic” for their fellow Technos, although it is a bit freaky to see, a swarm of mechanical bug covering a damaged technos. In battle they have found a peculiar role. When engaged in close combat against enemy battleship, the Technos’s ones shot huge spheres of thousand of Min-mod that once they land on the enemy’s hull start digging making their way inside and damaging as many systems they can.




Technos AI-
Experiment side effect: none, because they are virtual construct, a one could be possibly the limited movement capability, but this depent what task they cover. A battleship AI obviously does not have this disadvantage.
Size: from 6 terabyte to 10 terabyte(this is reserved only for the most complex AI’s the ones that run Space station or giant Battleship, the Technos motherframe does have even more size)
Weight: vary depending on the hardware
Powers:
In the physical world: Holographic Projection: limited to their hardware frame, a limited area. They also have the equivalent of 4 heightened sense and 2 Supervision powers, but limited as the holographic projection
In the cyberspace: One Major power of choice, two EX attributes, Energy Resistance
Attributes: IQ: 12+2d6 ME: 20 MA: 12+1d6
Virtual Physical Attributes : PS :3d6, PE : 3d6, PP : 3d6, PB :3d6, Spd :3d6
Virtual SDC: 40+10 for each terabyte above 6

Notes on TK1 Mother planet of the technos
Power system: Artificial Black Holes
Size: 40000miles in diameter
AR: 19 for the external shell, 17 for the internal floors
SDC: 20000000 (MDC in MDC universe) This is the SDC of the External Level, a crawling army of 1000000 of min-mod take care of repairing damage(this give the impression that the planet bleed bugs)
Force fields 6: 400000 each, plus the force field are totally impervious to most form of energy , like laser, ion, particel beam and so on. Only Antimatter does full damage. The energy is drained by the force field
Spd: Cruising is 100mph , but could reach mach 2. Movement is in any direction.
Cause Gravitational anomalies if come too close to a planet
No Atmosphere , except for specifically built section.
No Water, nor any source of food whatsoever.
Indefinite amount of modules and space ships systems.
Special unique weapon:
Planetary Atmosphere Remover: A 100 mile wide beam that cause the almost instantaneous (1d4 minutes) dispersion of planet Atmosphere, causing the death of most life forms
Planetary Seismic Revitalizer: Actually it need the creation of a receiver units on the planet to Revitalize. Once online, it transmit from TK1 A powerful wave of energy that cause the awakening of seismic activity on the planet. That translates in Volcanic explosion, Tsunami waves, Earthquakes and generally a massive movement of planet’s surface. In some case entire continents could sink and arise from the ocean

NIce, althought I don't think you should have given the planet actual stats like AR and SDC. I mean, an entire planet has only 20 million SDC? That's only 200,000 MDC.

And 100mph is awfully slow (I mean our own planet is travelling at over 10 times that speed right now as it orbits the sun).

The MA is for the AI and spy type Technos, like the Vermin or the mirror boys, all the other had only 2d4..
As for the planet i forgot to put a note that say
"In MDC world , or whenever there is an MDC weapon around, the planet SDC is MDC instead"
Ah Weapon does MDC in MDC universe, of course
For the speed yes is slow , compared to NATURAL planets, but this is not truly a planet, but more likely a giant space station, that does not follow any orbit . Infact it does not spin on itself at all(the technos calculate day basing upon the decaying time of stars), does not have atmosphere(not really needed) , no seasons. Gravity is artificial and it does have a multi level structure, much like a chinese box, to the core.Light is moslty artificial and pale.Everything is automated.
Oh yeah there are also factories and weapon system of any type basicall popping out from any corner, literally popping out

Well, actually, I was saying that giving a heavily armed and armored planet 4 times the size of our own an SDC figure is not necessary at all. The thing is a planet and little more than a plot device and does not need such detailed stats. Have you ever seen stats in a RPG book that details the SDC/HP of the Earth? And even if it was necessary.....20 million SDC or MDC is pitifully low for such a gigantic object.

However, if you want to get technical - look at Robotech - all those main cannons of the huge ships do Millions of MDC and over a million ships fired their guns at the earth repeatedly - and all they created were a bunch of craters on the surface (the planet wasn't even close to being structually comprimised).

Ok perhaps you're right in saying that writing down the SDC is not a need, considering that the planet is aplot device. Of course considering that the planet could and does get involved in space battles, like a normal spaceship.
Anyway i had to add some ideas and correction. See the edited description fo the planet..The SDC Value is only for the External "peel", th thin armored layer that surround the planet and give it a shining look.

Svartalf- if Cherico were a character created in a point game system, he'd have all his scores in geeky skills and his youtube and weird net stuff schticks all paid through a a Terminal Bad Luck (with more nasty GM intervention) disadvantage, and probably an Uncouth (can not have social skills) disad as well...
In an RPG with deadly situations that character would have had to be replaced a dozen times over[
