It was brought up in a thread below about using self created images from City of Heroes and other sources

I tried this a while ago, there was some interest then, so I'll start it again.

So here's the idea.... Create a Character from the one or more of the pictures below. Name, Class, Powers and History are all up to you

Some of these character's already have names, but don't let that stop you, mostly it was for for my own game, I want to see what others come up with

Most of these are X-men Evolution or Bruce Timm/Batman The Animated Series/Justice League style that I've done for another fan site on the net, some of them are NPC's or PC's in various RPGs I play in, they are all orginal creations, so there is no need to worry about copyright infringments.

I think I've posted a couple of these before.

2.http://www.synapse.net/towey/Duelist.jpg
3.http://www.synapse.net/towey/Nalan.jpg
4.http://www.synapse.net/towey/knight.jpg
5.http://www.synapse.net/towey/Splice.jpg

Have at it...........

Richard Redding believed he was just another man, trying to make his way in the world. When the so-called Hero/Villain wars, Redding found himself more often than not in the midst of some epic battle between the forces of good and evil (The Hero/Villain wars took place during the time that Century Station had an A-bomb detonated in it...ect.)

During one such battle, he was captured by the legendary Urshipper (I think I spelled that wrong but he's the Dr. Doom like villain from Villains Unlimited). Strangely, the archvillain treated Richard with utmost respect, and often used technology and such to keep him from harm. Shortly before his death, Urshipper gained godlike powers and chose to reveal his motives to Redding...it seemed that Redding was the start of a new breed of gods reborn on Earth. Urshipper had originally planned to use Redding as a pawn, or steal his abilites.

With his mind block gone, Redding developed and quickly adopted to his awesome powers. Donning an armor-like suit, Richard Redding became Crusader and swore to uphold the safety of Earth until the new breed of gods arrived.

Redding often carries a futuristic looking staff that is really nothing more than for show. He tries to make his enemies believe that his amazing abilities come from the staff and not actually from himself.

You can create whatever you want.

I'm imposing no limits on this (Other than the obvious must be a Palladium/HU2 Class/OCC)

that is not the purpose/ topic of this thread. If you want someone else to create characters for YOU, then start a thread for that. Or ask within your already existing silver age thread.

Hey Towey did you draw those pictures, if not how did you get them. They are very cool pictures, did you use a character generator like the hero maching.

oh well thanks in advance.

Nope. No character generator used.

Created in Photoshop with templates from the DCU Animated Fan art/Discussion site

http://users.ev1.net/~kryptcom/animatrix.html

So yes, I drew them myself, but they weren't quite from scratch.

Originally the trend over there was Bruce Timm Style, but recently people have been experimenting with X-Men Evolution and Teen Titans-Style images.

Edit: I changed my name here to match my name on the above mentioned website so people can find my gallery over there if they wish.

Heh, I had the same initial impression. How about an Alien from a frost world with with powers centered around cold.

I'll post more later after I give thise (these) more thought.
