Well, I don't know that "staying" is the proper term. I think it's "where are you taking naps?". But I'm also booked there.

We went the AirBNB route, staying right down the street from the Hampton by Ikea, only an extra minute or two to the warehouse.

I was thinking about doing that so there could be all nighters... but then I thought if anyone did any damage it's all on whoever rented it.

I have done that at the last two cons I went to. Dont think I will go back to hotel reservations for a con ever again honestly.

I picked up the Red Roof Inn rates. I'll miss having breakfast served, but I could buy a lot of breakfast for that price difference.
Learned an important difference between the double and king, the double has a mini-fridge. So double it is.
Second bed could probably serve as table for after hours gaming if folks are looking from room to do so.

Not a bad deal. They were up to $62 by the time I looked.
Without an all-night gaming room at any of them, I'm mainly hoping to see some room gaming without noise complaints with the group bookings.

Was booked at the Hampton, but just switched over to the La Quinta. I'm sure the Hampton is a touch nicer, but the price difference was big, plus it seems to be where many people are staying (though they're basically next door to each other). Just gonna be crashing there, anyway.

I grabbed a room at the Comfort Inn. Doesn't look too far from the warehouse. Not that I expect I'll be spending copious amounts of time in the room...

I thought they would do that for us. It never occurred to me that I'd have to register with my handle.
