Welcome to Splicers Htoad2020. At the risk of sounding like a jerk, are you looking for specific HA/War Mounts or something else? Not sure, since you copy/pasted the Main Book contents with us.

Do you mean the perceived* power level of a glitter boy or some other specific aspect? War Mounts are already scary if for no reason then because of the volume of stacking that occurs with their bonuses and attacks.

* I say perceived because GB's are fairly easy to counter via terrain and line of sight exploitations combined with fire and forget weaponry such as missiles.

i've always found zephyrs to be a fairly frightening long ranged opponent, especially once you can get a few solid upgrades to the weapon systems (doubled range and AOE on those spore dischargers is crazy strong against groups of robots, and the heat projector has respectable range that you can upgrade at a relatively low cost as well.

maybe slap a few rockets on for good measure, but it's already pretty strong.

No what I'm looking for is Mechs (aka Glitter Boy etc.....) Converted into Bio Host Armor.

To the best of my knowledge the glitter boy, or any other type of mech has not been converted.
Splicers gives you so much freedom and diversity in designing your personal host armour.
If you want something that operates like a glitter boy, then apply the enhancement of: resistant to lasers, from the main book.... And if you want the boom gun then utilise the Pilobolus Cannon out of the rifter 60
May I suggest you delete the glitter boy material, you have aleady been warned about posting large amounts of material from PB
