My fav would have to be the Homeworlder Accordance. A group of highly evolved humanoid dinosaurs called Sleg that are trying to retake earth from Man.

I also like the Order of Peace. a group of aliens (mostly Grays) that are trying to unite the galaxy under one relegion through force. excessive and deadly force.

both of which are my own creations.

i'm partial to the Life Force Wizards of PF, also use Dark Gods a lot, for some reason. (Maybe it's because my players are consistently trying to prove their better at this than I am! It hasn't worked yet.) 8)

not a race per se, but I like the ecto travelors, much oportunity to come back from their destruction and mess with the party.

I also love the temporal raiders., being crazy and messing with time and space is groovy when your a villian, its almost a requirement.

I am a big fan of getting a Sun Demon aka Lipoca from Psyscape pg109. They just want to be dangerously entertained like a child with fire. Granted the "fire" in this instance is usually a group of well armed and deadly individuals hell bent on the "child's" destruction. And the child probably deserves it.

Canon: The Kreeghor, Humans, The Dominators, Temporal Raiders and Lizard Mages from PF world come to Rifts Earth, Gokua (sp?), and Sowki.

My own: Hmm, can't think of any that stand out as favourites. I rarely make up new races for villains in Rifts games, as there are so many great ones to choose from already! I've done it a couple times in the Three Galaxies settings, when exploring parts of the Three-G's that the book says the locals haven't really explored yet... Mostly when I make up a villain race, it's to make up a 'demon' as I don't have official stats for any demonic races in my PB collection, aside from the small handful in the back of the Conversion Book, and the few detailed in the SoT books (Thornies, Neuronbeasts and Black Faeries, none of which make great recurring villains. They're more just monsters than actual villains in my opinion).

I don't know why but i end up with a lot of gurgoyles in my campaigns. Not that they're my favorite per say...just the most common statistically.

Psychics. My group had quickly learned that I have a "soft spot" for Mind Melters and psychics in general. With the current supplements in Rifts world books and Rifters, a psychic can truly pose a threat to almost any class out there.
