As we've done with Systems Failure and Nightbane: Shadows of Light, we are considering a limited short run reprint of certain original 1st edition RPGs. These would be released as softcover books, unless some would like hardcovers. Feel free to add any additional comments after the poll.

I would love to see a hardcover version of any (i.e. all) the core books. I put them through a lot of abuse and the permabound spines don't hold up as well as I would like :(

I got mine already...but I'm a bit of a 'collector'.

Thou I can see why others would want them. If only to see how the game system has developed..grown...over time.

Hardcovers, I'd probably puchase.

Otherwise, I'd suggest just setting these up as Print on Demand via DriveThruRPG.

I'd love an opportunity to purchase the first edition of Beyond the Supernatural. I've heard a lot of good things about it.

Throwing my two cents in, I think I am in a majority when I say (yell) Hardcovers. Personally, I'd love to see more hardcover versions of various core rulebooks. Heck, it'd help convince me maybe to buy settings that I otherwise never would, like Nightbane. Now, at the same time, because so many people around here just to say that the first editions of the settings, like PF, is so much better, I'd love to get some "limited edition" hardcovers of some of those books. If you see the pattern, it's all hardcovers. ;)

I personally wouldn't waste your time on reprints of the 1st Edition.

It would be a very niche market. I think you would do better providing PDF/Print Bundles. And provide PDF versions of the book 2 to 4 weeks ahead of the print. Make changes/edits and then publish. Get all those first print errors out of the way.

Seconded. I mean I buy most things PB but I already own almost every 1st ed. book including the old silver edition of RMB.

Now, things like 30th anniversary hardcovers for HU and PFRPG that you put out a few years ago I might get but not sure how those sold to begin with.

Seconded once their backlog of manuscripts is under control then they should think about doing reprints. It makes little sense for them with so many manuscripts that need to be released to work on releasing older material.
