Hi all,

Somewhere last Christmas, I came across an article (probably in a Rifter edition) that listed skill modifications for low attributes. I can't find that article again. It broke down each attribute in ranges, then applies the modifiers for those ranges. For example:

IQ: 5 or 6 - The bonus for each skill is cut in half, and the character loses 1D4 Related skills.
MA 3 or 4 - The character is a blank slate. Any skills of diplomacy or social interaction are done at -10%. Gambling skills are +5

It also had similar modification for ranges starting with 20+

Does this ring any bells with anyone?

Thanks.
