I've created a couple more video tutorials for my Roll20 Character Sheet. Be sure to select the "Palladium Rifts by Grinning Gecko" character sheet when creating a game.
Chapter 2 is how to add and use Magic and Psionics.
Chapter 3 is how to run combat (requires Roll20 API access / paid account).
